Last weekend we had the chance to go to the MidSouth Fair and the Rodeo. Not quite as big as the Texas State Fair, or the Stockshow in Ft. Worth, but definitely fun. We ate dinner at home (one way to save money :) and then we headed out to ride a couple of rides. Emma spotted a fun house and chose it first. Ty wanted us all to ride the ferris wheel, so that was next, then Emma and Ty did a fun house, the slide, Ty did a motorcycle ride, then they both ended the fair part with the bumper cars. After that we went into the Rodeo. It was a lot of fun and the kids loved all of it (although at times it did seem to drag on)
We were sitting close to the chutes (Jeff says this is the best spot :)
